A lovely and bright double bedroom is available in a spacious ground floor flat in Herne Hill. I’m moving out of the flat to move to move to my own place. I have lived here for 3 years and it really has become my home and I am sad to be leaving!

About the room - the room is bright and airy with high ceilings. It comes with a black out blinds, chest of drawers, wardrobe. The double bed is comfortable and the wardrobe is very spacious. There are hooks on the walls to hang pictures and lots of socket points. More room for additional furniture if needed. Wooden flooring throughout!

About the flat - the flat itself is large with high ceilings. There is a bathroom with a shower (great shower pressure!) and a second toilet. The kitchen is large and open plan, leading onto the lounge area. The bi-folding doors open all the way allowing easy access to the large, private garden complete with washing line, vegetable patch and bbq space. There is secure bike storage at the side of the flat.

Location - a 3 minute walk to Herne Hill station and other great amenities that Herne Hill has to offer including Brockwell Park, the lido, Herne Hill velodrome, the weekly farmers market and many pubs & cafes.

Current flat mates - Nicole and Rita. Both lovely and welcoming. Both professionals working Mon-Fri and enjoy socialising with friends. The flat definitely has a homely feel, so it’s the perfect place to come home to and relax and enjoy.

The room is available on 7th October and it has been a real pleasure to live here! It is a real gem, so please get in touch!
