I'm looking to assign my contract to someone new for the last 6 months of my tenancy as I'm moving elsewhere. The tenancy will end 20th October and I will be moving out from the end of April time but this is fairly flexible. I would ideally like to be out by 25th April.
The flat is a light, bright 3 bed in sunny Homerton, a few mins stroll from Chatsworth Road and Hackney Marshes. Also super close to Hackney Central and Hackney Wick. The room is a really great size and comes with the bed and mattress.
You'll be living with Hannah and Nina who are both 25 and work in law and marketing. The room is £885 per month (excluding bills but these are pretty cheap as it's a low Council Tax band).
