Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a two bed flat.

The room is available immediately and the contract ends 21 December, with the possibility of renewing if you want to.

The room is nicely sized and at the back of the house next to the bathroom. The furniture included is a bed/mattress, wardrobe and bedside table.

The flat is in Haringey and approx 5 mins from Turnpike Lane station.

The rent is £875 + bills (varies depending on the season but around 60-80 per month).
