In the winters, the room is cosy and warm due to the sun's radiation and warmth.

If you drive, it is 2 minutes off the A13 and if that is blocked another road leads to A406.

For Public transport users Upney station in Zone 4 is 3 minutes walk up the road. Easy access to busses 257, 368.

It is close to local amenities, such as Barking High street being 4mins away(by drive).

It is a quiet, private residential 2 bedroom flat; which you’ll be sharing with a young Pakistani couple.

Shared Kitchen/Living space/bathroom.

Lots of space for books and boxes in the TV cabinet.

PARKING: I am using flats allotted parking, however there is parking on the roadside with 1:30pm- 2:30 (permit holders) restriction.
