The spare room is a cosy room with a double bed and electric blanket. The room is easterly facing onto the back garden and very quiet and peaceful. There’s a bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Also under bed storage available to lodger.

The neighbours are quiet so you would get a very restful night’s sleep here.

We have Netflix and Amazon Prime plus Amazon movies, fast broadband
and a good mobile phone signal area of Ilkley.

House is very close to all the amenities in Ilkley (all within 15/20 mins walking distance) buses and trains are a 5 minute walk from house. Lots of shops, cafes and local amenities are within walking distance from the house. There is a driveway which is not used and on road parking available too.
