Hi,
We're looking for an easy-going, friend/flat-mate to live with us in Kentish town.
Our flat is a ground-floor conversion of a Victorian/Edwardian town house, with its own front door leading to street. It has 2 double bedrooms, a decent-sized open plan living/dining room, shared kitchen and bathroom. We get good use of our private garden, which has been lovingly developed into an extra living-space - a rarity in these parts and awesome in the summer!
The flat is a few minutes walk from Kentish Town station (Northern line, First Capital connect), Gospel Oak (London overground) and Tufnell Park stations with frequent buses going past to most places.
Kentish town is an up-and-coming area, near to a whole variety of restaurants, bars and pubs like Pizza East, The Vine and Shebeen. The Forum is nearby if you are into your music. Camden is a 15 minute walk away (one tube stop) and the beautiful Hampstead Heath about a 7 minute walk. It really couldn't be better located for both convenience and enjoying all that North London has to offer.
The room going is a double with wardrobe and lots of light.
You would be living with 2 laid-back, friendly folks - expect lots of laughing and fun. We love our flat and want our new housemate to feel as at home here as we do.
We don't own a pet but we do have a very well behaved pooch stay with us now and then. He sleeps in our bedroom when he's here and doesn't make a sound - you can't fail to love him!
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Cara and Josh :)
