The house is a 2 bedroom (1 storage room), end of terrace house in a decent street, 5 minutes walk from Kidderminster town centre and a large retail park.
There is parking available, no garden but a large balcony with a good view.
The house is kept clean and any lodgers woud be expected to clean up after themselves.
Slobs are definitely not welcome.
The room has a good double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers etc and the facilities are all shared. The lounge is comfortable with a 40" flat screen TV, playstation 3 and surround sound.
There is a bath and shower in the main bathroom and a spare toilet downstairs.
I work as an account manager covering the UK so am away most days of the week but I work from home on Mondays.
I have standards but am basically easy going and have a good sense of humour.
Kidderminster is a 40 minute commute from Birmingham.
I would expect any lodger to be polite and clean but I am open minded, non-judgemental and un-intrusive.
Foreign students are particularly welcome.
