For your information:
I feel sorry that I have to leave London and this flat for work. The room is rented until 15/09/2024 and can be renewed. I have already paid the deposit of £1425 and the rent of £285 /week. Bills are not included. Council tax is a third of £310.2/month if you are a professional. If you wish to make a contract with the original agent, you will need to cover the remaining term of the lease. If you want to rent it for a shorter time, I can offer discounts on all fees. Additionally, my personal belongings are packed and kept in the room, I wish you don not mind it and I will offer discounts on this.

1. The transportation is very convenient. Direct bus service to the city centre, multiple metro stations. No matter you are working, a student or travelling, it is ideal.
2. Very good environment. In 5 mins walk, there is a Tesco local, Kennington park, post office, cafes, restaurants, climbing gyms. The community is very quiet and safe. The apartment have a concierge and gym. The building is very elegant.
3. All roommates are very friendly. They are all Chinese female and speak very good English. The house is 4b2b on Floor 1 with elevator, while you will need to share a very clean and spacious bathroom with two other roommates. They don't spend much time at home because of work. They hope to have a female flatmate as all the other flatmates are female.
