Easy access to New Malden station which is on a direct 20-minute line into London Waterloo. There is also a place to lock bikes outside the house or a shed in the garden. Takes 15 mins to cycle to kingston university.

Will be unfurnished but can be furnished. Couples welcome. Short or long-term rent available, the two other bedrooms are also available to rent as the four of us currently living here are sadly having to move on due to work and Covid issues. Feel free to contact with any questions at all!
