There's a double room to rent on the ground floor, suitable for postgrads and available from 14th December.

In the room there's a wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers and a desk. The street is very quiet so you won't be bothered by noise.

The house has a shared living room and kitchen and a recently refurbished shower room. There's a yard with seating outside that gets the sun for most of the day. There's on street parking with no permit required. The house is clean, tidy and a nice space to live in.

The house is a five minute walk from town, about three minutes to the train station and there's a bus stop at the end of the lane (~200m) that goes to Lancaster University, so it's very well connected. There's a corner shop about 100m away and Fairfield Nature Reserve just down the road. Sainsbury's is about a 15 minute walk away.

All other people in the house are postgrads and are looking to live with other postgrads who are clean, tidy and respectful. They're a friendly bunch! :)
