Hello, I'm an undergraduate student at Leeds University. Because I am going back to China for the summer vacation, my room is idle, so I hope to rent out my comfortable, clean and warm room.

My room is next to the University of Leeds, ten minutes away. Similarly, my room is two minutes from COOP and 15 minutes from Leeds city centre. There are four people in my room sharing a kitchen. My roommates are all very clean and friendly. My apartment has billiard, table tennis and other recreational facilities in the common area, as well as a quiet study room and efficient laundry room. The reception is also available 24 hours a day.

My lease is from June 10th to August 31st. The current rent is 120 pounds per week and 480 pounds per month. The original price was 150 pounds.
