I have a small double room in a shared house in oakwood in a private cul de sac available 13th dec rent is £300 a month, £100 extra rent for a couple, no references are required available now all bills included except phone.

I live with 2 males one of whom is transgender, the room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and draws. It is a quiet cul de sac and has a large number of shops at the back which is accessed through a gate in my garden, (if you are familiar with mc donalds on easterly rd my bungalow is opposite behind greggs) there is also off street parking and a double garage for storage. I also have a dalmatian dog who is very friendly called Scooby. We are very down to earth and easy going people who are up for a laugh but respect peoples space, we are also very clean and tidy. There is also a wash room with washer/dryer. , you will have own fridge freezer/cupboard space and use of all equipment in the house. I even have a large van to help you move if needed.
