I am looking for a friendly housemate who is in full-time employment or a is mature student. No party animals or clubbers please. It would be helpful if you could provide brief details of your situation when emailing.

The room would be well suited to Mon-Fri commuter, overseas student etc; Flexible or Short term contract available; Minimum 4 months. The room is single and has good storage space with a large floor-to-ceiling, built-in closet, 19in Freeview TV included if required. Wireless Home Broadband & Utility Bills are also included.

Deposit is refundable.
I have a well-behaved cat - outdoor trained, no indoor litter trays!

The house is situated one mile from motorway links (M621/M1,) and there are direct transport links to the city centre and universities. A wide range of local amenities are within walking distance. On-street parking is widely available.

IF SHORT-TERM LET is required (MINIMUM 3 months): this would be considered for an increased rent of £275 pm. Deposit of £235.
