I’m subletting a single room in a shared house that is 3 min walk away from the university of Leeds business school, 20 min walk to Aldi and 20 min walk to Merrion Centre
Housemates are decent and nice people and do not have parties. One of the three housemates is always away and hardly comes back
The contract ends 31 July, could move in anytime with one week notice period.
The room is small so it’s really cheap
Bills are not included but it’ll generally cost around £70 a month in total
