Urgent Tenancy Takeover
Looking for someone to take over tenancy from the 1st of July as I’ve decided to move home so no longer need it. The house has 6 bedrooms, all girls and all students. The rent is 140ppw with all bills included. The house has 2 bathrooms, both with showers in and there is lots of on street parking and a big back garden. The room is spacious and lots of storage space and has a large shared kitchen and living area. The girls already living there are friendly and will be moving into their third year so would ideally like someone to respect that they will have a high work load but they are all friendly and sociable. Unfortunately it’s girls only due to it being an all female house.
