Small double bedroom in a 3 bed semi-detached, well located in a quiet cul de sac near Oakham bypass. I live alone and am very sociable. You will have access to all parts of the house apart from the other 2 bedrooms. Street parking is easy as the car on the photo. There are 2 bathrooms but these are shared. Garden space and some storage can be arranged. There is a double bed, a desk and cupboards in the room. Good wifi in the house.
