Hello! I'm Helen and I have a large double room for the right lodger, Monday to Friday (£400 this is negotiable) or full time (£600 this is also negotiable). My 6 year old lives here 50% the time, so no parties, friends, loud music, noise after 7pm please. Looking for someone very quiet, keeps themselves to themselves and who likes kids and cats! Shared kitchen and bathroom. The room has a chest of draws, desk, double bed and a small wardrobe. No use of sitting room as I like my privacy and space :) Lovely home, great area. 1 minute to Blythe Hill Fields, very near Crofton Park, Brockley and Catford. Would suit a mature student / professional, who needs a comfortable and calm base (if you are not a student, I'd need a small additional contribution to the council tax). Happy to have a chat on the phone or do a video call if you would like to see the room etc. Happy to discuss price and length of stay, as it's a Monday to Friday agreement and I want the right person to fit into our home 😊
