⭐️I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy in this amazing, recently renovated 6 bed student house for the next academic year. (2024/25)

⭐️It is an all girls house with a great location, less than 10 minute walk from both Uni of Liverpool and John Moores campus’.

⭐️ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the rent of £140 a week and there is no cap, including fast wifi and a washer and separate dryer. There are also cleaners that clean the shared spaces once a week.

⭐️The room is en-suite with a large bathroom and plenty of storage. The shared kitchen is fully equipped including oven and large fridge-freezer. There is a lovely shared garden which the room looks out onto rather than being roadside.
