Hi! We have 2 bedrooms available in our 4 bedroom flat in smithdown. The flat is uncapped bills, has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, speakers in ceilings and a tv in each room. All rooms have their own en-suite with a massive shower and a cleaner included every 2 weeks.
The tenancy starts 14th July until 30/06/25 and is £139 a week.
You would be living with 2 second year girls, one 19 and the other 21.
