I am looking for someone to take over my Tenancy as I am going back home early.

It is an ensuite on the 4th floor with lift access and 24/7 support. It has plenty of storage consisting of a cupboard, shelves and drawers. Its located 10 minute walk away from Liverpool Lime street and has various bus routes at the door step. There's also a gym, laundry room with washers and dryers and a common room available 24/7 for residents only. There's also parking available, however, an extra payment might be needed.

The room is available from the 7th of June, and my contract expires on the 7th of July. It is possible to stay longer during the summer for £16 per night and a contract for 2024/25 academic year is also possible. All bills including WiFi, water, gas and electricity and council tax are all included in the rent.

Please feel free to contact me anytime for viewing.
