I am looking to rent out a room in my house in the Bankton area of Livingston from February 2014. This is a double room which will come with wardrobe and a bed if required. The house has 2 bedrooms and I am the only other occupant. However, please be aware that I have a small, non-shedding hypoallergenic dog.

This is an excellent residential area, with plenty of parking and access to surrounding areas. This area is close to the centre of Livingston, the M8 and a 5-10 min walk or 2min drive to the train station which goes into Edinburgh and Glasgow.

There is a living/dining room area and kitchen for your use and all bills are included in the rent (this includes wifi access).

I am looking for a housemate that will be laidback and easygoing but respectful. I do not have a preference in terms of male/female, age etc.
