I have a double room for rent, (not homeshare) in Livingston, which has 32 inch wall mounted TV, built in freeview with Google Chrome for access to Netflix etc.
Also wifi and Sonos system.

Kitchen available for cooking, along with wash machine and iron etc.

The room can be rented from a week to week basis or longer if required. Mon - Fri rental only

£100 pwk, payment in advance of start day of rental and £150 pwk for couples.
All bills included, food is your own responsibility.

There is a fridge in the room and a freezer that can be used.

Bedroom has a lock in the inside of the room for privacy.

£200 deposit to secure for long term rental, you'll receive back after inspection on leaving. Two weeks notice required or loss of deposit.

If renting and holidays taken, room rental still applies.

My home is walking distance to Almondvale Centre & St. John's Hospital.
Murieston and Uphall train station are a &taxi journey to commute to Edinburgh/Glasgow.

Very good location for access to Edinburgh, Bathgate or Glasgow with Bus stop 2 min walk and train station near.
