Hi all,
I am renting out the room for 8 days, from 20/05/2024 to 28/05/2024 as I’m going on a trip for that period.
This is a double room with a lot of space and storage, including a home office setup. The flat is located in Depftord, 1-min away from the bus stop and 12-min walking to New Cross (Overground).
The flat has a shared kitchen and two bathrooms, shared between 4 other people. Kitchen is fully equipped.
It’s approximately 40-50min to London Central and has a lot of amenities around the area (supermarkets, supply stores, restaurants, etc).
I am looking for a young professional or tourists that would be looking into occupying the space for the time that I am out. I require a 50£ deposit in case of damage which will be returned if there are no issues.
