I am advertising this very cosy flat shared located in Pimlico. There are three rooms in total, one is empty, one is occupied by a male flatmate from France, and I am leaving this flat soon. So I would expect to have a person to replace my room. French guy is very lovely and very respectful, he is working in energy company and has his own pace of life. We usually go out to have dinner or drinks together.

The flat is 5 mins away from the Thames river, 15 mins walk from Battersea power station, there are local shops and very big Sainsbury around, life is very comfortable here.

The rent includes all the bills, electricity, water, gas, WiFi, council tax, and fortnight cleaning service. The agent is very kind and always happy to sort out any issue in the flat, and there are no hidden fees after you move in!!
