Hi Everyone,

I'm moving out of my flat due to finishing university and I'm looking for someone to replace me for the last 4.5 months of my tenancy (with possibility to extend)

The room is 875 PCM (bills excluded), the room comes fully furnished with a tall chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, bedside table, mirror and large double bed. The flat is 7 min walk from Stepney Green station (District/Hammersmith&City) and 10 min walk from Mile End (Central), 20 minute bus to Shoreditch/Brick Lane.

It is a 4 bed flat but there is currently only one other girl in the flat, Alice (21), who has just moved in. So if there are any buddy-ups or triples who may want to move in, let me know! The flat is a great space and has a big living room with the kitchen separate.
