This bedroom has a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk. Yes it's small, but there is a whole new house to live in with two lovely female vet students and Pip the old terrier. It's a new build house on a nice safe, friendly estate. Plenty of parking. We're open to full-time stay or week only stays.

You don't have to be a student! But the house is close to Loughborough and Sutton Bonnington Uni's, and there is public transport to both areas. It's a walk to East Leake shops and pubs. Close to Midlands Airport, though it's not noisy.

The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The living room has a new TV and comfy seating, and also has an area for studying.
