One Month Sublet (possible two) AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY IN WEST LONDON. I need to SUBLET my room immediately for a one month period , possibly two as I have to go back home for a short period of time. I live in a lovely spacious house located in Maida Vale. Our house is located in a Mews in West London near (Queenspark station, Westbourne Grove, Paddington, Notting Hill station). The area is prime as it’s quite central and convenient to get around pretty easily, Baker street, Marylbone, Portland st, oxford circus are all one bus away thats litterally 4min awY from our house. The location is very safe. I live with two girls who are really chill, mid twenties they both work full time from the office. I am sharing the bathroom in the second floor with one other flatmate as my other flatmate lives in the ensuite upstairs. The total amount is 900 pm (excluding bills which come at about 200 pm). (£600 deposit is required and will be given back to you upon end of sublet)

Ideal candidate: a female working full time or hybrid from the office, in her twenties or thirties, social but you could also have your own space and TIDY because the house is super clean.
