The lodger:
The Landlady is looking for a lodger (a man or woman), who will be happy to provide 12-15 hours per week of flexible company and some help with cooking, in exchange of affordable accommodation
The ideal lodger will be a lady or a man over the age of 25 years. The room is available from end of June. There is another spare room, should the lodger need to move in sooner.
This is suitable for a lodger working hybridly or working from home. Someone working in an office full time would not be suitable.

Please note there is a trial of 1 week prior to the move-in.

Fees:
The monthly fees are £240 (this includes all bills such as council tax, utilities and the monthly subscription to share my home.). There are no other charges.

PETs: the landlady would be happy to have a small well-behaved dog move in! Sorry no cats due to allergies.
