Hi I'm Lulu and have a double bedroom to rent on the fringe of Manchester city centre. It is located off Blackfriars and is about a 10-15 min walk to the centre (arndale, bars, restaurants) but also easy to drive out of Manchester so handy for everything :)

The house has 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles and one smaller room. There is a lovely girl in one of the doubles called Rebecca who would gladly welcome another gal to the galdem! I used to live in the other double but I travel for work so have decided to move back to my parents which is closer to where I travel and then I will use the third smaller room at weekends / some week days.
The rest of the house has plenty of space - a kitchen, lounge, new main bathroom, downstairs toilet, garden and off-road parking. The garden is great for when Manchester does become a scorcher!
The bedroom for rent has a super comfy queen bed, wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers (for ALL the clothes!) and TV.
Rebecca and I are friendly, sociable people who would be keen to make a friend of whoever joins! I do obviously like my own thinking space as well so would totally respect anyone needing their own time and space.
At weekends I will come back to enjoy the house, see friends, drink cocktails and go salsa dancing.

Rebecca and I are clean people and like to keep the house bright and tidy and would like the next person to be similar.

Rent is £575 per month with all bills included. No extra agency fees or any other charges.
