A friend I was meant to move in with has decided to move back home, so I've got a 2 bed flat that needs filling in! The flat is just around the corner from the HMRC office which is basically the city centre! £440 rent plus around £150-160 bills per person (even though a former tenant said it sometimes turns out much cheaper than this)

I'm a recent psychology graduate who will work full time in Manchester. Ideally, I would like to live with another young and sociable person who is easy going. It's nice to live with friendly housemates but it's even better to live with friends ;)

I'm always up for socialising and doing stuff together! At the same time, I am very respectful of personal space and I'm tidy so I think it's good to have that balance between socialising and also having a home to come back to and just relax.
