A great house share with a good balance of international professionals in their 20ies with 2 rooms (single and double) getting available from the 10th of AUGUST is looking for a new house mates!
The pictures were taken recently and are accurate. We have a central lounge with sofa and LED smart TV with Netflix leading to a large kitchen and dining area comfortably sitting 6 people. Spacious !
We have games, blankets and everything you would expect in a modern house share: washing machine, dryer, 2 ovens, 2 fridges, etc) and a magical cleaning lady who comes fortnightly for a deep clean of the communal areas and even the rooms once a month.

The house was refurbished and entirely repainted 6 month ago and is only 4 min by foot from 2 stations. East Ham Station on the district line is also nearby 4 min away. There are 2 night buses and amenities just around the corners, as well as a huge park a short stroll away. It’s only 12 min to Liverpool street.
