It is a very large double room with a double bed, 2 wardrobes, 1 chest of drawers and 2 small tables. The rent is 480 including bills and deposit is 440.
Good transport links, 5 mins from Manor Park station and Woodgrange Park station, and 10 minutes to East Ham station. Can get to Liverpool Street in 15 mins via the overground at Manor Park. Looking for someone who is clean and will take good care of the room and the rest of the house, and someone who is also respectful and polite. As flatmates we all get along really well and would like to keep it that way!
