This is a spacious cozy double room in a super friendly house, I'm leaving UK thus have to sadly look for new tenant to take my room. £450 per month everything included (water, electricity, gas, heating, wifi), definitely one of the best deals you can get within zone 3.
We are 15 mins walk from East Ham Underground, and 5-8 mins walk from Woodgrange Park Station and Manor Park Station.
This area is cheap and convenient, everything within walking distance including pub, gym, restaurant Mc Donald's, loads of shops along high street.
Its usually 6 months minimum, however if you really need to move out before then, as long as you find new nice tenant, landlord is reasonable.

Other 3 tenants we have so far are all from UK, two girls one guy, we all became good friends from living here, 2 students and one working professional.
