The bedroom is a large studio style room. It is made up of two rooms downstairs combined into one extended area. Bed, wardrobe and cupboard are supplied. The size and layout of the room mean it can almost function as a studio-like living space.

You will be living with me and two other young professional people who have just moved in. I am a 25 year old professional who is clean, considerate and works full time. Please note: my dad is the landlord but I'll be looking after the house on his behalf.

The whole house is refurbished as new and must be seen. This includes new flooring/carpeting, newly plastered, painted, and with new furniture.
