The rooms are part of a professional shared houshold. the house is spacious. it has a communal sitting room a very well equipped kitchen/dining area and a good sized main bathroom with a shower / bath, also another toilet on the first floor. there is just about everything you should require within walking distance from the house post office/banks/ supermarket/pub takeaways gym etc, the eston hills are only a stone throw away so a handy location if you like the great outdoors. there is a secure lock up for bicycles /motorcycles. we are situated approx 5 miles from redcar /middlesbrough centre and teesside university , stockton approx 6 miles/ stokesly approx 6 miles/we are also very close to the wilton works centre the biomass plant project strabag ,dorman point and the james cook hospital/ roseberry centre /there is bus stops nearby that you can travel from to most places, if you would like a viewing please contact me. we prefer accept working people/ contractors/ please note the photos are of various rooms and prices slightly differ.
