Our current lovely Spanish lodger who has been with us for 18 months has found a flat of her own and is moving out at the end of this month so we are looking for a responsible (particularly re COVID), thoughtful, tidy, friendly student to live at the top of our lovely family home from mid September. The room is light, private and cosy with a little bathroom next door. Ideal for studying and you are welcome to share our delightful roof terrace. We are minutes away from Alexandra Park and lots of green space. We are 15 minutes walk from the centre of Crouch End with all its shops, cafes and cinemas. We are a friendly couple (I run my own business from home and Ian is a writer) our two children are grown up and we are happy to share our home with the right person. This is not a flatshare though so we expect you to live your own life and be considerate with kitchen sharing. You have to like dogs as we have two lovely whippets.
