Hi, I'm going away for work and subletting my room I'm June. The price is £200 per weeks, all bills included. The room is genuinely large with 2 south facing windows and a new comfy mattress. The bathroom is shared with just another room on same floor. There are 4 bedrooms in total spread over 3 floors so you don't bump into your housemates. The ground floor is an open plan kitchen/ lounge with exit to the garden and a separate toilet. The place is greatly located, about 8 min walk to Wood Green Picadilly line, or 15 min to Alexander Palace train station, so you will get central in no time. Wood Green is bustling with shops and restaurants, and has a great Vue cinema.
