Hello, I´m looking for someone to take over my lease for a studio flat at the student accommodation until August 23rd, as I´m moving out. All bills and wi-fi included. MUST BE a student. The flat is on the fifth floor, the building has a lift. As I´m moving out, all kitchen items such as plates, cutlery, and pots can stay in the flat if wanted because I would have donated it to charity otherwise.
