Fresh, recently refurbished room avail in modern, bright and fresh looking flat.

Great location in Darly/Gorgie, just 10 mins walk to Haymarket station.

Would be occasionally sharing with myself though as I work down south I’m away most of the time. While I’m up in Edinburgh I would be working from home during the day.

I’m social but also quiet, gay male who is also a bit of a geek and gamer.

Flat has recently been full refurbished everywhere and has shiny new bathroom, kitchen and all that modern stuff :)

Looking a male lodger who is chilled, friendly and respectful. Since I’m away a lot I may ask you to water some plants :)
