Fully furnished including dishwasher, washer/dryer and superfast broadband. Full height windows and a balcony overlooking a park area makes it just a really lovely flat to live in.

The flat is in a beautiful new development called Greenland Place, which is really near the river and some great restaurants and shops.

We love living in Surrey Quays for all the restaurants, cinema, etc nearby, and the transport links into Central London are really good. The flat is about 8 minutes walk to Surrey Quays Station and 15 minutes to Canada Water station.

You would be living with me, a 34 year old architect who grew up in London and my fiancee Wesley who is a 40 year old South African professional. We are pretty easy going, and social, but also enjoy a casual night in.

Flat is available from 21sr April- move in date is flexible. Please note that the room is available Monday-Friday only - not at the weekends.
