Hello!
This is a lovely house in a quiet part of New Cross / Lewisham area.
It’s a 4-person house share. All double rooms. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. It has a garden.

I’m leaving London in May and am offering my room for 3 months until the end of the tenancy in September! You would replace my name on the tenancy agreement it would be resigned with everyone.

The tenancy can be renewed after September if you want.
Bills are around £45
This house is a brilliant good location.
A walk into Goldsmiths takes 15 minutes, a banging pizza spot on Telegraph Hill park also 15 minutes away, and 15 minutes walk from New Cross Gate station 🚉 all in the same direction.
Send me a message if you want to hear about anything to do the house or the people you’d be sharing with over the 3 months! They are super friendly, tidy and respectful :)
