Double room available in a spacious flat/apartment in leafy area just ten minutes wallk from New Cross Gate/ New cross and Surry Keys Stations, Canada Water is a 10-15 minute bus ride away.
The area is fairly quiet with lots of green spaces around but in nearby Elephant & Castle, Peckham and Deptford there are plenty of bars, shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy.
This place would be great for someone who enjoys the hustle and bustle of Central but likes a taste of Suburbia every now and again.
I myself am a professional Chef, I'm easy going and get on well with most people, I enjoy live music, nature and hiking and anything to do with food.
Looking for a socialable like minded individual, bonus points if your a foodie and will happily taste test my cooking experiments.
(PS- my current flatmate is in the process of moving out so apologies for the untidy state)
