Looking for individuals interested in Mon-Fri to take cottage as a whole. If you are looking for 1 whole week then Fri pm - Fri am.
Have set up the cottage with holiday lets in mind and have furnished the cottage accordingly, a bit spoily and special. We stayed here some 10 years ago by coincidence when doing up our old house.
The cottage has 1 king size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and a shared bathroom upstairs. Living room and large fully fitted out kitchen downstairs along with separate WC.
Rural location down a track off Newtown Common and only a few miles from central Newbury.
Electricity, oil, water bills and council tax included.
