Clean and spacious 4/5 bedroomed house. On the ground floor there are 3 rooms. There is a large living room with large tv, dining room/kitchen and a separate kitchen/utility area, we have all mod cons, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. First floor there is a large bathroom with a walk in shower and free standing bath and two large double bedrooms. In the attic there are 2 further double bedrooms. The rent is £89.76wk including bills paid monthly £389 Wifi and a cleaner in the communal areas included in the rental cost.

Maddy (25) works in Social Care, loves comedy and cooking
Alex (26) self-starter with a strong background in international development and policy research, loves cooking, running and speaks Chinese

About the Area:
Superb transport links, we're right round the corner from Coatsworth road where the 53/54 bus runs every 10 minutes taking you into Gateshead and Newcastle centre. Coatsworth Rd itself is a busy street with plenty of shops, bars, takeaways there's a 24hr Tesco about 5 min walk and the award winning Saltwell Park is about a 10 min walk in other direction.

About You:
Ideally a professional aged 25-40. Honest and trustworthy. Must be tidy and clean up after yourself.

The room should be available from 5th May .

As this is our family home so you can avoid any nasty agency fees but we will be credit and reference checking every potential tenant at a cost of £25 per person. We also require £400 as a deposit and the rent is paid in advance every month.
