We have a downstairs furnished double room that has its own ensuite shower in our 4.5-bedroom family home on a quiet street in Newquay. We have one child and two dogs.

Room comes with a comfy double bed, bedside table, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers , Armchair, footstool, wooden window shutters, TV and Skybox.
Shared kitchen, living and dining area, garden, patio, bbq, washer and dryer etc. All kitchenalia provided.

12 minutes walk to Newquay Train Station. Close to Newquay Leisure Centre, Concrete Waves and Newquay Sports Centre.

£625 a month. All bills are included in the price ( electric, heating, water, wifi, TV Licence and Sky TV package). Cleaner once a month.

Parking available for 1 vehicle on the driveway. Plenty of on-street parking.

Large secured shed space to store surf boards, skateboards, bicycles etc. Converted garage gym with strength equipment and additional fridge/freezer.

No couples please and preferably someone who does not work from home. Must love dogs.
