I'm looking for someone to replace me in my flat in Harringay. This can be short-term (one, two, three months) or if they wish to settle and sign a lease for a year or more that would be possible as well.

The flat is in North London, lively neighbourhood, lots of shops, food places, pubs around, 5-minute walk from Finsbury Park, 10-minute walk from the Piccaddily line.
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, kitchen, 1 balcony (and one very small one).

2 references will be needed (one professional --e. g., employer or former employer, doctor etc. -- and one from former landlord)

Warning: as only students are currently living in this flat, if the next flatmate is not a student, they would have to pay 75% of the flat's council tax which should be around 1,500 pounds a year.
