Located in a quiet close, I have a double available to let from June. The room has a double bed&mattress, large built-in wardrobe, window and radiator.

We’re a young couple. Ollie is a chemistry teacher and I am a civil servant. We like a good movie paired with lots of good food. We also like live music and Ollie used the office as a music room in the evening. We have two dogs Jack and Doug, Jack is a collie/GSD/lab and Doug is a sprocker. Being a dog lover is a must- I cannot stress this enough.

We are fairly busy and I work from home in our home office. Our previous lodger worked from home on the kitchen table and we occasionally swapped for a change.

The house has a small garden to the rear (fire pit and bbq too!) parking, underfloor heating and is 100% powered by renewable energy. I like gardening and indoor plants and I'm quite house proud but not a neat freak.

Bills are included and are currently based on the usage of 3 adults in the property. Would consider a Mon-Fri let and adjust on that basis.
