Large double room in spacious house with garden in Thorpe Hamlet.
Located 10 minutes walk from station, 15 mins from city centre via the cathedral grounds.
Share large living space and garden. Well equipped kitchen.
I am looking for a quiet, emotionally mature person. The house is arranged on 3 floors and is large enough to enjoy both conviviality and privacy for each. I have had lovely lodgers in the past, and formed a respectful and caring connection with them. Vegetarian preferred.
My last lodger was with me for 3.5 years and greatly enjoyed her stay, but has now found her own place.
I can extend the 3 month let period by mutual agreement if we are both happy to.
