Hello, I'm John, semi retired as a care worker. My flat is in the heart of the golden triangle 1 min away from co op shop and the cafe and real ale pubs on the unthank road. The bus stop to UEA 1 min away. 20 min pleasant walk into town.

The Room is a double room with a single bed ( Pos extra bed for couple), Off Street parking.

The room is self contained with own kitchen and you share the bathroom with me. No shower bath only. From the picture there is a staircase to my flat which is probably not suitable if you have mobility issues.

The flat is very clean and tidy, and a am quite a friendly helpful guy. Ex student of UEA and originally from London.
