We have a lovely, large, furnished, double attic room to rent in our family house in the Golden Triangle area of Norwich. It's convenient for UEA, John Innes, Quadram, N&N and the city centre.
The room is en suite (shower, toilet and sink), has its own small fridge, plus a microwave, a kettle and a small desk. You'd also be free to use the kitchen and washing machine whenever you need as well as a small back garden. We prefer to keep the front living room as our own space where we tend to slob in front of the telly in the evenings. It's a hall entrance so you can shoot straight upstairs if you want. We're fairly sociable and easygoing. Ideally we'd like someone friendly and self-sufficient.
With our son grown up and gone it's generally just the two of us in the house.
Singles only please, though we're absolutely fine if you want someone to stay over.
You'll be charged 20% of the household energy bills.
